Zoombang - Adult MEDIUM 5 Piece Padded Lacrosse Goalie Shirt with Clavicle, Wrist and Chest Protection.  

Shirt made of compression moisture wicking fabric.

It provides the best protection against impact to the clavicle and chest area. It also has slash guards built-in on each upper wrist.

This model is also used by catchers.

Cut the sleeves off...and use those pads for something else.
